Wet hands and hair, then rub the bar for 5-10 seconds to foam.
Place the bar down and massage the foam into your hair for a minute.
When you have the desired amount of suds, wash as you normally would.

I was planning to try these as a replacement for my shampoo, but continue to use (expensive) conditioner. Since I started using this I have not needed to use conditioner (granted, it's very cold and dry right now since it's winter, I may need to supplement when the humidity returns) and I haven't rotated shampoos the way I typically would in the past. These lather up really nicely even with hard water, the scent is great and there's no residue left behind after rinsing. They leave my hair soft and clean.
I purchased this set 4 months ago and have finally opened my third bar. Two of us using it daily or every other day, with short and very long hair. I did not expect each bar to last as long as they have! Smell is very light, not overpowering, I don't really notice it at all once my hair is dry.I sometimes suffer from dandruff and have long, long hair (30+ inches). I find that rubbing the bar directly on my head gives excellent lather and is easier to do than spreading lather from my hands to my hair multiple times. Hair stays clean for days, with noticeable oil buildup at my scalp not occurring until the 3rd day or so. Drastically better and longer results than any of the bottle shampoos I've used.This is worth the price! At time of purchase, I paid $25 for 4 bars. We just started on the third bar, so each bar lasts us a little over a month. I cannot see myself ever switching back to bottle shampoo. This stuff is wonderful!
I love this shampoo bar! Its a space saver if you don't have a lot of room in your shower caddy. I keep it in a soap travel box to keep dry. I underestimated the conditioner part of this bar. I felt their wasn't enough conditioner so used my regular conditioner, that was a mistake as the next day my hair was too oily. The second wash, I only used the bar and my hair wasn't oily the next day. The shampoo part of it lathered up nicely, more so than most shampoos I've used. I have long hair and it doesn't take much to lather. My hair is shiney and my hair glided through the hair straightener when styling, no dryness at all. Thanks so much for these bars!
I love these bars! They smell amazing and they’re a great shampoo. They don’t condition, however.
