Floss Like a Boss!
How to Store: Keep It Clean!
Store your dental floss in a cool, dry place, ideally in a protective container. A small glass jar or a bamboo box works perfectly to keep it safe from moisture!
1. Wind
Wind 18 inches of floss around the middle or index finger of one hand and a small amount onto the other hand.
2. Guide
Use index fingers to guide floss between contacts of the lower teeth.
3. Glide
Gently guide floss between the teeth by using a zig-zag motion and up & down.
4. Refresh
As you move from one tooth to the next, unroll a fresh section of floss.

I bought this product a few months ago while searching for a safe, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly toothpaste that supports tooth remineralisation. After researching several companies, I found this brand to offer the right concentration and form of nanohydroxyapatite (specifically, nano-sized particles), which is considered optimal for remineralising teeth.
Although the product claims to reduce sensitivity, I haven’t noticed a significant difference in the sensitivity I experience in two teeth following fillings. That said, my teeth do appear noticeably brighter and whiter since using it.
The toothpaste foams well, has a pleasant taste, and leaves my mouth feeling fresh. The addition of xylitol is a welcome bonus, as research suggests it can help combat Streptococcus mutants (the bacteria that feed on sugars and contribute to plaque formation) by feeding and then killing them.
I would recommend this brand to anyone interested in tooth remineralisation. I’d also encourage looking into the science behind nanohydroxyapatite and xylitol to better understand their roles in strengthening teeth and reducing plaque.
