This stuff is awful, ruins everything in the dishwasher including the dishwasher. I missed my return window trying to use less and less and less and less and hotter water to try to make them dissolve but they will not. Will ruin any and all surfaces.

Does not work well. I still have to clean some dishes after using this product. I hope they continue to develop their formula. I have an extra star for the sustainable packaging.

Leaves chalky white residue!
I was excited to try this produce as it is more natural than the tablets I use now. Unfortunately, I used them once and my whole dishwasher has been left with a white cakey film all over it and over some of my dishes, although the rest came out great. I couldn�t risk using this product again as I did not want my dishwasher to clog up causing serious problems. I am back to using my regular tablets for now. 2 washes later and the dishwasher is still not back to normal. It is slowly getting cleaned out with the regular tablets but I feel it�s going to take a while. Such a shame - really wanted these to work. I�ll keep searching but everytime I read reviews on other natural tablets - they seem to encounter the same issue. Maybe they work better with some dishwashers than others. I�m not sure.
