Every BAMBOEARTH BAR is made with naturally derived ingredients. This means that each delicious smelling, clean-scrubbing beauty bar is free from parabens, petroleum by-products, palm oil (and its derivatives), formaldehyde donors and other ingredients we just don’t think you should put on your body!

A zero-waste alternative to a traditional products that generate waste

To ensure that our products are environmentally friendly, we use only sustainably sourced ingredients that are renewable and harvested at the same or greater speed than they are used.

We avoid ingredients that support industries contributing to the climate crisis, such as palm oil and animal agriculture. Our products are vegan, cruelty-free, and palm oil-free

They must be free from palm oil and it’s derivatives

They must be cruelty free and plant based

They must not pose any health risks associated with their use on people and pets

SODIUM SULFONATE

Sodium sulfonate works as a strong cleanser to remove buildup or dirt from the body and skin. It is a safe and excellent surfactant to use.

STEVIA

Not only does stevia have plenty of health benefits, but it is also very beneficial to your skin! Studies have shown that stevia prevents wrinkles, halts the signs of aging, reduces acne, fights dermatitis or eczema, and revitalizes the skin!

OSMANTHUS FLOWER EXTRACT

Osmanthus flower is rich in antioxidants and provides a wealth of skin benefits. The delicate blossoms illuminate the skin, radiating youth and beauty from within. Osmanthus flowers are rich in niacinamide and antioxidants and help improve skin elasticity, address pigmentation and rejuvenate skin.

CALLUNA VULGARIS

Due to the presence of flavonoids, it exerts a strong antioxidant effect. It reduces the damage caused by free radicals on the skin by blocking them. Tannins or procyanidins present in the extract provide an astringent impact on a product, that way it helps with mild exfoliating effect.

HONEYSUCKLE EXTRACT

Honeysuckle extract is a natural, plant-based preservative that is strongly anti-bacterial and anti-viral.Honeysuckle extract also boasts rich antioxidant properties that help create a more safe and shelf-stable product.

OATMEAL EXTRACT

Colloidal oatmeal, oat extract and oat oil help balance the microbes on your skin, keeping it healthy. The range of ingredients found in oats strengthen the skin's barrier, soothing and moisturising it.

MILK EXTRACT

Milk contains lactic acid, which is an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) ingredient that many modern skin care products include. Lactic acid is especially popular in anti-aging face cleansers. Studies show it helps remove dead skin cells and stimulates new cell growth.

TAPIOCA STARCH

Tapioca starch helps deodorants to absorb sweat while respecting the natural perspiration of the body. Moreover, it makes the skin so soft to touch when used as a dusting powder, you'll probably want to cuddle yourself endlessly.

CORN STARCH

Cornstarch is totally natural, highly absorbent and helps keep skin cool and dry. Cornstarch particles are slightly larger than talc and have no known side effects or health risks

CANTALOUPE (MELON) JUICE

Cantaloupe's is rich in vitamins A and C. These vitamins are essential for maintaining strong, healthy hair.

AQUA (WATER)

Water contains minerals that are needed for hair health, like copper zinc, iron, and calcium. It is used in cosmetics as a solvent to mix other ingredients together.

TREHALOSE

The natural protective functions of trehalose help to prevent skin and hair damage caused by exposure to harsh environmental factors, such as UV, pollution, smoke, radiation, etc. and protect fibroblasts (cells in connective tissue that produce collagen) from dehydration.

SEA WATER ALKALI

Sea water alkali works great If you have a greasy scalp. Sea water can help you to strip heavy oils and extra sebum. It also absorbs excess oils present on your tresses making them smooth.

MARIS SAL

Maris sal also known as dead sea salt works amazing for dandruff problems! Its sulfur & sodium content helps deep cleanse the scalp of flakes while fighting off yeast overgrowth that may be the cause of dandruff.

SEA SALT

Sea salt is great for exfoliation, as it can remove dead skin cells from your scalp. This encourages peripheral blood circulation and helps in skin or scalp renewal. Many use it as a natural remedy for treating psoriasis and dandruff. Sea salt is also great for absorbing excess oils from hair and scalps.

SUCROSE

Sucrose is a natural sugar. The natural glycolic acid in sucrose helps condition and moisturize skin, protects it from pollutants and toxins and washes off very easily and leaving no residue.

BAKING SODA

Baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) is a natural substance with a variety of uses. It has an alkalizing effect, which means it reduces acidity.Baking soda can remove the skin's protective oil barrier, alter its pH, and disrupt the natural bacteria on the surface that help to prevent infection and acne.
